Over the years we have applied various thermally sprayed coatings. Dealing mainly with thermally sprayed Aluminium (TSA) but also gaining vast experience applying thermally sprayed Zinc, Zinc-Aluminium and Aluminium-Magnesium.

We have equipment to carry out application by the Flame Method, Arc and Powder flame method.

We worked in accordance with many international standards such as EN ISO 2063, EN ISO 1395-1 and have applicators approved to ISO 14918.

We have completed projects for various clients such as Maersk WAD, ConocoPhillips Britannia LTC, Talisman Bridge & Flare tip, Siri Dong Clamps, Burbo Banks Dong Energy, Hornsea 1 & 2 Orsted, Walney Orsted, Borssele Orsted and BP to name just a few.

Also participating in the CROWN research project which was looking into the feasibility of various thermally sprayed coatings and their application to offshore wind farms to remove the need to epoxy coat transition pieces.
